Big Tickets Waitlist SMS Notifications

These Waitlist SMS Terms describe how Xorbia Technologies, Inc., operating as Big Tickets ("BIG TICKETS," "we," "us," or "our"), sends transactional SMS notifications to users who have opted in to receive waitlist status updates. These terms are part of and incorporated into the Big Tickets Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. 1. Program Description

When you join a waitlist for an event on Big Tickets, you may opt in to receive SMS notifications about your waitlist status. These messages will notify you when your position on the waitlist changes, when tickets become available for your order, and when your order has been processed. Messages are transactional and directly related to your waitlist activity. You will not be enrolled in any recurring promotional messaging program or marketing list.

2. Terms

  1. By opting in to Big Tickets Waitlist SMS Notifications, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Big Tickets related to your waitlist orders, including waitlist status updates, ticket availability alerts, and order confirmations. Message frequency varies based on your waitlist activity. Opting in is not a condition of joining a waitlist or using the Big Tickets platform.
  2. You can cancel waitlist SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any Big Tickets message. After sending STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To re-enroll, opt in again the next time you join an event waitlist on bigtickets.com.
  3. If you need assistance, reply HELP to any Big Tickets message for support contact information, or contact us directly at support@bigtickets.com or 1-888-318-2752.
  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Big Tickets is not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery resulting from carrier network conditions or coverage limitations outside of Big Tickets' control.
  5. Big Tickets does not charge for this SMS notification service. However, message and data rates may apply to each message sent or received, as determined by your mobile telephone carrier and service rate plan. Please contact your wireless provider for information about your messaging plan and any applicable rates.
  6. By providing your consent to participate in this program, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you are 18 years of age or older. You acknowledge that standard carrier messaging charges may apply and may appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid balance.
  7. Big Tickets does not sell, share, or transfer your SMS opt-in data or consent records to any third party for marketing, advertising, or any other purpose, except as required by applicable law or expressly authorized by you. This restriction applies specifically to text messaging originator opt-in data and consent records.

3. Privacy

Your mobile phone number and SMS consent record are collected and retained solely for the purpose of delivering waitlist SMS notifications as described in these terms.
